Sterilizers consist of sterilization box, electric control system, heating system, vacuum system, circulating systems, exhaust gas treatment and so on; The equipment have three functions of preheating, sterilization and analysis to meet the requirements of multitudinous product sterilization.
Multifunctional file sterilizers in our company can be divided into three items: sterilization of ethylene oxide fumigation, sterilization of sulfuryl fluoride fumigation and vacuum nitrogen-filled sterilization. Ethylene oxide fumigation is the most thorough method, making difference on insects killing and sterilization. Sulfuryl fluoride fumigation makes difference on insects killing and sterilization. Vacuum nitrogen-filled sterilization: sterilizing box is vacuumed by high-efficiency vacuum pump to a certain degree. Then nitrogen is filled to kill insects and bacteria in archives, which needs to last 72-96 hours if oxygen content is lower than the rated requirement. This is a pure physical method, harmless to environment and human body.
In consideration of physical and chemical properties of ethylene oxide, the exhaust gas from ethylene oxide sterilization won’t be discharged directly into the atmosphere until it is treated to meet national emission standards. The ethylene oxide exhaust gas treatment unit produced by our company effectively disposes of exhaust gas from ethylene oxide sterilization, so as to meet relevant emission requirements.
Preheating system provides products with the treatment of heating and humidifying to guarantee and stimulate sterilization. Analytic system is compulsory system of eliminating residual ethylene oxide.
The automatic loading system of ethylene oxide sterilizer greatly reduces manual labor and realizes the desire that staffs control feed-in and feed-out automatically without entering the sterilizing room. Staffs have no contact with ethylene oxide residue gas, which is safe and time-saving in an automated sterilizing plant.
